- To install the wristband: Align the wristband with the watch body and fasten the clasp securely before wearing.

- To remove the wristband: Press the quick release buttons on both sides of the watch and pull the wristband away from the main body.

Wear Instructions:

1. Adjust the wristband to fit the size of your wrist.

2. Insert the clasp into the wristband hole.

3. Insert the end of the wristband into the fixed and movable loops.
