Operation Steps:

1. Select paper block and according to the size of the bound text

2. Insert the text and press down the handle, then lift the handle

3. Place the rubber ring behind the comb plate with the opening facing up, adjust the binding margin position, insert the text

4. Push the handle backwards, open the rubber ring

5. Place the punched file on the rubber ring

6. Pull back the handle to complete the text binding
