**Installation Method:**

1. Remove the net layer and bottom U-shaped support rods.

2. Install the thin rods with long screws at the bottom.

3. Install the net layer between the two bottom U-shaped support rods using long screws.

4. Install the foot wheels on the bottom U-shaped support rods with the screw holes facing outwards.

5. Insert the remaining long rods and hanging hook rod.

6. Tighten all screws and fix the storage basket and bottom U-shaped horizontal bar with short screws.

7. Installation is complete. For detailed dimensions, refer to the specification diagram.
