3. The net weight of the screen is approximately 7.5kg. Ensure that the wall can support the weight before installation. Do not install directly on gypsum ceilings or other fragile walls. Reinforce the wall separately if necessary.

4. Upon receipt, inspect the outer packaging and internal products for damage or missing parts. Take photos and save unboxing and first-time use videos. Contact official customer service immediately in case of damage or abnormalities.

5. Do not touch the screen during normal operation. Avoid scratching the screen surface with sharp objects.
