2. Remove the original strap and insert the rope

3. Screw on the nut to secure the rope

2. Pull out the long rope from the connection

3. Separate the long and short ropes

4. Connect the two ropes by pulling in opposite directions

Material: Thick nylon rope, high flexibility, resistant to pulling and tearing, waterproof and sweatproof
