Our Return Policy

We take great care in ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition. However, if an item is damaged due to our mistake during processing or delivery, we will happily accept a return.

Eligible for Return

  • Only items that are damaged due to our error in processing, packaging, or shipping are eligible for return.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any damage caused by us, contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
  • To help us process your return, please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with a description of the issue.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and details of the damage.
  2. Return Authorization: Once the return is approved, we will provide a return label or instructions on how to send the damaged item back.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund or exchange, based on your preference.

Note: We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or accidental damage.
